i am never able to submit the ticket because my patreon is messed up and it doesnt give me a proper link so i was wondering if there was any other way i could get my perks

I was banned because i said the N word, i didn't say it in a racist tone or anything, I joined the server and said "hey whats up my *******" in a joking tone and got instantly banned without warning. im sorry for saying it and i will refrain from saying it again
