You seem to misunderstand why you were muted. You also don't seem to grasp the idea of context. You weren't muted solely for saying "retard", you were muted for saying "what the fuck are you watching you retard" to a teammate after dying. Also, to respond to the video; he never says "chink", he says...

We are aware of the issue but it is out of our control. We can only hope it is fixed sooner rather than later.
