server error pls help

so im trying to play and then all of sudden it says "an issue is detected with your setup" then it kicks me to spectator. i played this server since november so about 6 months and i havent changed my setup or anything but it still gives that message and kicks me to spectator.

you currently have MOTD ads disabled. please enable them with cl_disablehtmlmotd 0

it no longer seems to be an issue but i dont know what fixed it or caused it in the first place but i was just wondering now if only 10 players get to play at once and the rest are "slot reservation"

It seems to be a Hardware Issue , Contact your Nearest retailer to Fix your Problem....
