Being moved to spectator

For about a month now I have been moved to spectator so many times I have lost count. Nobody else is ever moved but me. Now that I got my point across I wanna know why it is literally always me and what the hell do i have to do to fix it besides paying money cause screw that. I refuse to spend money on a server that has been doing this. If there is a fix and it stops happening so often I will consider spending for the other privledges. I dont have ads disabled so that cant be a factor (somebody told me this would make me priority over everybody else) and I have not changed anything in my settings.
