So after submitting the report, I decided to add 'n0kitaga' on steam and have a little conversation. While he wouldn't admit he was a cheater, he told me about his "main" account (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198350109017)
To make sure I could confirm it was his main account, he sent me messages from his main account (logged on from his phone it seemed).
