My friend has benn ban for no reason

Me and my friend wanted to go on one of your retakes servers, but when he tried to connect, a message appear on his screen saying "you are ban from this server" (I don't know if is it the same message) and it was the first time that he come on your server. Your friend was banned over a year ago for abusing the !voteban command we previously had on the servers. He will be unbanned, however he will have no more warnings.
