Staff called someone autistic

A staff member on the server called someone autistic using disability as an insult towards another and this is acceptable???
My brother has autism and i find this highly insulting the staffs steam name is https://steamcommunity.com/id/GOdROp/ and the server is 185.44.76.18:27125

1. it was an inside joke between me and my mate ben
